Unlike watery lotions or heavy butters, this balm is anhydrous and built on a balanced base of castor and sunflower oils, structured with cetearyl alcohol and stearyl palmitate for a smooth, breathable finish. Cupuaçu butter adds rich hydration, while vitamin E helps comfort the skin. Choose from two botanical options - each with their own skin-soothing benefits- and the result is a balm that locks in moisture, enhances your ink with a natural sheen, and keeps your artwork looking bold and defined without the waxy drag of traditional formulas.

How to Use:

A little goes a long way!

For fresh tattoos, massage a small amount of our unscented Botanical Jelly over your new ink for soft, uncomplicated moisture during your healing phase.

For healed tattoos, massage a small amount of our Calendula or Tamanu & Cedar tattoo balms over your ink to maintain softness, hydration, and color vibrancy.  

Hero Ingredients:

• Castor Oil - A rare humectant (which draws water to the skin), it also creates a protective layer on the skin that helps prevent transdermal water loss (dehydration).  

• Cupuacu Butter - A silkier cousin to cocoa butter, Cupuacu has also been called vegan lanolin due to its impressive ability to hold 400% its weight in water.

Calendula Blend

• Calendula and Chamomile - Gentle enough to be used in many baby products, these flower extracts help calm and comfort dry, sensitive, or stressed skin, ease visible irritation and bring soft, soothing relief.

Tamanu & Cedar Blend

• Tamanu Oil - This rich, emerald-green oil is treasured for its ability to deeply nourish, calm irritation, and support the look of healthy, resilient skin.
• Cedarwood, Frankincense, Lavender Essential Oils - Together they help balance and clarify the skin, support renewal, and calm irritation
